Office Manager - Part Time (Aalborg, Denmark)

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office in Aalborg. You will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and providing support to our team. This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours and a salary of 900$.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize and maintain company records
- Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Knowledge of Danish labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HR tasks
- Fluency in Danish
