Office Manager (Aalborg, Denmark)
We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a positive work environment and support their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and directing visitors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for business trips
- Keep track of employee attendance, sick leave, and vacations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Salary: 1400$ per month (with accommodation provided)
