Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Aalborg. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to multitask and prioritize effectively. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Supervise and train office staff to maintain high productivity levels
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Handle human resources tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as a point of contact for external vendors and clients
- Handle any urgent issues or emergencies that may arise in the office
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management
- Knowledge of human resources processes
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: 1000$ per month
