Hotel Sales Manager

A boutique hotel in Aalborg is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and actively promoting the hotel's services and amenities. You will work closely with the General Manager to achieve financial targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy numbers
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs
- Actively promote the hotel's services and amenities through various channels such as social media, trade shows, and partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure bookings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
