We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are always stocked and in good working condition
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle any other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files for company documents and personnel information
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and ensure they are clean and well-maintained
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for the office
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role preferred
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with budgeting or financial tracking is a plus
