Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently hiring a Hotel Sales Manager for our luxurious hotel in Aalborg. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates. Your main goal will be to drive business growth by attracting and retaining clients through excellent customer service and effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research to keep up with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the hotel
- Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Train and lead the sales team to achieve their goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
