Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing hotel sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. This position requires a driven individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and oversee the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to secure profitable business for the hotel
- Oversee the sales team and provide training, coaching, and support as needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to driving sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Experience managing a team is preferred
Salary: $1700 per month
