Hotel Sales Manager in Aalborg, Denmark
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Aalborg. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, coordinating group bookings and events, and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also work closely with the hotel management team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and promote the hotel's brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to increase business revenue
- Identify potential new clients and actively pursue business opportunities
- Create attractive sales packages and proposals to secure group bookings and events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel's brand through various channels
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Communicate regularly with the hotel management team to ensure alignment of goals and targets
- Conduct site visits for potential clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and payments for group bookings and events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with commission based on performance. Accommodation will also be provided. This is a full-time position that may require occasional weekend work.
