Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the hotelβs goals and objectives. You will work closely with the hotelβs leadership team to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your duties will include analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and creating promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing them with guidance and training to ensure their success. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales within the hotel industry. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can thrive in a competitive market.
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be based in Aalborg, Denmark but open to candidates of all nationalities who are able to work without accommodation. Your salary will be 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new partnerships
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly
- Create promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase occupancy rates
- Train, guide, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance for management
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in creating and executing successful promotional campaigns
- Leadership and team management skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
