Hotel Sales Manager

Are you a driven and experienced sales professional looking for a new opportunity? Our luxury hotel in Aalborg is seeking a part-time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining client relationships, and increasing revenue for the hotel.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement strategic sales plans. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying new business opportunities. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and drive revenue for the hotel.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Previous experience in hospitality sales is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and maintain existing client relationships
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with the management team to create attractive packages and promotions
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations to maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on progress towards goals
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or hospitality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed

Salary:
$1600 per month (part-time)

Location:
Aalborg, Denmark (local candidates preferred)
