We are a prestigious luxury hotel located in the beautiful city of Aalborg, Denmark. We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and daily events
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
