We are a reputable hotel in Aalborg, seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and sales, along with a proven track record of driving revenue and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract corporate clients and increase hotel bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking out new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and develop targeted sales campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to increase hotel occupancy
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local market, including competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and industry events
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Salary: 1400$ per month
