Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and implementing strategic sales plans. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify and target potential clients, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. You will also be responsible for training and managing the hotel's sales team to ensure they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business for the hotel
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Train and manage the hotel's sales team, setting targets and providing support when needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to managing a team
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month without accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Aalborg. This position is open for all genders.
