Job Title: Concierge
As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to guests at a hotel or residential building in Aalborg, Denmark. Your main duties will include greeting guests, arranging transportation, making reservations, and handling any requests or inquiries they may have. You will also be responsible for keeping the lobby area clean and tidy, as well as maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a concierge in a hotel or residential building
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Fluent in Danish and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel/residential building facilities and local attractions
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Make restaurant reservations or book tickets for events upon request
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Keep the lobby area clean and tidy at all times
- Maintain knowledge of room availability to assist with guest room reservations
- Work closely with other hotel/residential building staff to ensure a seamless experience for guests
Salary:
This is a temporary position paying 1700$ per month.
