Concierge Assistant - Aalborg, Denmark


We are in search of a friendly and reliable Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Aalborg, Denmark. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any requests they may have during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, and other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared according to requests
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times
- Handle any other duties as assigned by the Concierge Manager

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary:
1500$ per month (without accommodation)
*Accommodation can be provided for an additional fee.
