Concierge Assistant
As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of a luxury property in Aalborg. Your main focus will be to ensure that all needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide information about the property's amenities, services, and surrounding area
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Monitor security cameras and report any unusual activity or concerns to management
- Process payments for services or items purchased by guests
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Aalborg's attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Salary: 1100$ per month
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The schedule may vary depending on the needs of the property.
