We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Aalborg, Denmark. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
- Identify potential business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential business partners
- Plan and execute sales events, promotions, and familiarization trips to promote the hotel
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to make strategic decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of all sales-related activities
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Salary: 1400$ per month
