Temporary Concierge in Aalborg, Denmark
We are seeking a temporary Concierge to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark for a short-term assignment. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean and tidy at all times
- Offer luggage assistance to guests when needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping for guest requests or special services
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; hospitality or customer service training is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary: 1700$ per month (paid weekly)
