Temporary Concierge in Aalborg, Denmark

We are a busy hotel in Aalborg, Denmark looking for a Temporary Concierge to join our team. As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with their needs during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Make reservations for restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Keep track of guest luggage and ensure it is delivered to the correct room
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once

Working Conditions:
This is a temporary position with flexible hours. The salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we can assist with finding suitable housing if needed. As this is an urgent job, we will provide you with a free visa and ticket to Denmark.
