Part-Time Concierge in Aalborg
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Part-Time Concierge to join our team in Aalborg. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and guests
- Provide information about the local area, transportation, and nearby attractions
- Arrange reservations for restaurants, events, and other services upon request
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the local area, attractions, and transportation options
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Salary:
Starting salary for this part-time position is 1000$ per month.
