Job Title: IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure of our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that all systems, software, and hardware are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be in charge of managing our team of IT professionals and providing technical support to all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's objectives
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software
- Provide technical support to all departments, troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures or cyber attacks
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and cybersecurity
- Experience managing a team and working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Location: Esbjerg (open for all nationalities)
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
