IT Support Technician


Our growing IT company in Esbjerg is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of information technology. This is an entry-level position, making it a great opportunity for students or individuals without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Record, track, and document all support requests using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures.
- Assist with the setup of new equipment and systems for employees.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry trends.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this entry-level position.

Location:
This position is located in Esbjerg, Denmark. Relocation assistance is not provided.
