IT Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to oversee the technological infrastructure and operations of our company in Esbjerg. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and ensuring the security of our data systems. You will also be responsible for budgeting, analyzing business requirements, and providing technical support to all departments.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in information technology with experience in managing projects, systems, and teams. Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities are essential for this position. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of technology systems
- Ensure the security of data systems by implementing appropriate policies and procedures
- Create and manage budgets for technology expenses
- Analyze business requirements and make recommendations for technological solutions
- Provide technical support to all departments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology management
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Leadership abilities with experience managing a team
Salary: 1300$ per month.
Location: Esbjerg.
