IT Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable IT Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology needs of our company. This includes managing and directing the IT department, as well as ensuring that all systems and technologies are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the IT department, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity of technology systems
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of all company websites and applications
- Monitor network infrastructure to ensure security, stability, and reliability
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans in case of system failures or data breaches
- Budget for hardware, software, equipment, and personnel needs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to information technology

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, web development languages (e.g. HTML/CSS), programming languages (e.g. Java), database management systems (e.g. SQL), project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology projects within budget and on time
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve complex issues related to information technology systems
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
