IT Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall IT operations and infrastructure of our company. This includes overseeing the installation, maintenance, and security of computer systems, networks, and software applications. You must have a strong understanding of IT systems and excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and hold a relevant degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Free visa and ticket will be provided for non-Danish candidates. Accommodation is not included.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of all systems and networks.
- Manage hardware and software installations, upgrades, backups, security measures, etc.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Ensure data security by implementing proper backup systems and disaster recovery plans.
- Oversee the development of new software applications or upgrades to existing ones.
- Manage relationships with external service providers.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to continuously improve company's IT infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, software applications, and security measures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience working in the information technology industry in Denmark.
