Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark on a contract basis. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding computer hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, software applications, and network connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software for clients
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software applications
- Keep track of all support requests and maintain detailed documentation of solutions provided
- Collaborate with other team members to develop best practices for troubleshooting technical issues

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining various software applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
