Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Esbjerg, Denmark

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Esbjerg. In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth functioning of computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email or in person
- Install and configure hardware and software applications
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Provide training to clients on how to use various computer systems and applications
- Document all technical support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting common networking issues is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
