JAVA Developer


A fast-growing software company in Esbjerg is seeking a highly skilled JAVA Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining JAVA applications, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality JAVA applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in JAVA development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a JAVA Developer
- Proficient in Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and SQL databases
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Additional Requirements (preferred):
- Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. AngularJS)
- Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and related technologies (XML, JSON)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or Git
- Biometric passport for international travel (not required for Danish citizens)

We offer competitive compensation of 1700$ per month based on experience. This is a contract position without accommodation provided.
