Team Lead - Esbjerg, Denmark (Contract)


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Lead to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, suitable for someone without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation
- Delegate tasks and projects to team members, ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Identify areas of improvement within the team and implement solutions
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in project management or leading a team is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Location:
This position is based in Esbjerg, Denmark. As such, preference will be given to candidates who are already located in or willing to relocate to Esbjerg. However, this is not a strict requirement as remote work may also be considered.

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1600$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided as part of this role.
