Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Esbjerg. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of individuals and ensuring they meet their goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a strong understanding of project management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of individuals and ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity
- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, issues, and solutions
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary resources or support
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner
- Keep track of project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Report on team progress, challenges, and achievements to upper management as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
