Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and manage projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans
- Communicate with clients, team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet standards
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in project management or related role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
