Entry-Level Database Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Database Administrator in Esbjerg. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's databases to ensure data accuracy, security, and availability. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data integrity and security through regular backups and updates
- Create new databases or modify existing ones as needed
- Develop and implement data policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other teams to identify database needs and provide solutions
- Train users on how to properly access and utilize the database

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with databases (internship or coursework)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
- Experience with cloud-based databases (AWS, Azure)
