Interpreter (Entry Level)


We are hiring an entry level Interpreter to join our team in Esbjerg. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages. Your main duties will include interpreting conversations and translating written materials accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is fluent in multiple languages and has a passion for helping others communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to conversations in one language and accurately interpret them into another language
- Translate written materials such as documents, emails, or presentations
- Ensure proper understanding and accuracy of translated information by asking clarifying questions when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Keep up-to-date with industry terminology and best practices for accurate interpretation and translation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Translation or a related field preferred but not required
- Previous experience as an interpreter or translator is a plus but not mandatory

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
