Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels, such as email, live chat, and social media. You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and technical support regarding our products and services. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our online platform or products
- Communicate with customers through various online channels including email, live chat, and social media
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Document all interactions with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role in a customer service setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of online platforms and technology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
This is a full-time position located in Esbjerg. Salary for this role is 1100$ per month. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for an own visa job without accommodation.
