Online Consultant


As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients through various online platforms. You will use your knowledge and expertise to assist clients with their queries and concerns, while also promoting our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online channels such as chat, email, or social media
- Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions for their specific situations
- Promote our company's products and services to potential clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality customer service
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Meet individual performance targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as chat, email, or social media platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with client concerns or complaints
- Knowledge of the product or service being offered is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary

Salary: $1500 per month (part-time)
Location: Esbjerg (remote)
Employment Type: Part-time, non-residential (no accommodation provided)
