Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels and provide prompt and professional assistance.
- Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Resolve any issues or complaints that arise during the client's interaction with the company.
- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, policies, and procedures in order to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain a positive image of the company by delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures for better customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of different online communication tools such as live chat, email, and phone calls.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Availability to work on a contract basis.
