Contract Moderator - Esbjerg, Denmark



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Moderator to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online communities and forums to ensure that all content is in line with company guidelines and policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of online platforms and community dynamics, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums for inappropriate or offensive content
- Enforce company guidelines and policies regarding user behavior
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistent enforcement of rules
- Identify trends or issues within the community and report them to the appropriate team members
- Provide support to community members by answering questions or providing resources
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of experience moderating online communities or forums
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with content management systems or moderation tools is preferred
- Must have own visa/work permit for Denmark

This is an urgent contract position with accommodation provided. We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
