Job Title: Moderator (Esbjerg)


The Moderator will be responsible for maintaining and managing online communities through various platforms. They will monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and respond to user inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of community dynamics, and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Moderator must also be familiar with social media platforms, have proficient computer skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities through various platforms
- Moderate user-generated content according to community guidelines
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and concerns
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them appropriately
- Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere within the community
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving community engagement
- Report any significant issues or trends to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in online moderation or community management (preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when necessary
