Moderator (Male)


We are hiring a male Moderator to join our team in Esbjerg. This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about moderation and has experience in managing online communities. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of content on our platform, ensuring that it aligns with our community guidelines. You will also be responsible for engaging with users and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure it adheres to our community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support when needed
- Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues within the community
- Create engaging discussions and foster a positive community atmosphere
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month without accommodation. However, we offer visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates.
