Facade Specialist

As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining building facades in the city of Esbjerg. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that facades are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and durable. Your role will involve conducting site surveys, creating detailed facade designs, overseeing the installation process, and providing ongoing maintenance services. You must have a strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques, as well as knowledge of local building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in facade design and installation, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time position open to all genders and nationalities. Candidates must possess their own visa to work in Esbjerg.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess building facade needs
- Create detailed facade designs using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design compatibility
- Oversee the installation process to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Provide ongoing maintenance services for existing facades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or installation
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
