Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing building facades. This includes working with various materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create aesthetically pleasing and functional exteriors. You will work closely with architects, construction workers, and other tradespeople to ensure that the facade is built according to design specifications. Your duties may include conducting inspections and evaluating the condition of existing facades, making repairs or replacements as needed. You may also be involved in waterproofing and weatherproofing the facade to ensure durability and protection against the elements.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques related to facades. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical strength and dexterity are necessary as this job may involve climbing scaffolding or working at heights.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Knowledge of various facade materials and their properties
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical strength and dexterity

Salary: $1600/month (with accommodation included)
