Job Title: Entry Level Plasterer


As an Entry Level Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls and ceilings in a safe and efficient manner. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision. You will work closely with experienced plasterers to learn the trade and develop your skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Mix and apply plaster using hand tools or mechanical sprayers
- Smooth out plaster using trowels, floats, or sponges
- Create decorative textures or patterns in the plaster
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the plaster
- Clean and maintain all tools and equipment used for plastering
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and work hard is essential
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating materials needed
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different job sites
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
