Plasterer

As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in both residential and commercial buildings. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will need to have strong knowledge of different types of plaster and how to mix and apply them properly. Your work should also meet safety standards and be completed within specific timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install drywall or other materials to cover surfaces
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster according to specifications
- Apply plaster by hand or with tools such as trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Create decorative textures or patterns in the plaster
- Repair damaged surfaces by filling holes or cracks with joint compound
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and codes
- Clean up after each job is completed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of different types of plaster materials and how to mix them properly
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting heavy materials
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Understanding of safety standards in construction

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

This position is located in Esbjerg, a vibrant city on the west coast of Denmark known for its beautiful beaches, rich culture, and lively nightlife.
