Finisher Assistant
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finisher Assistant to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Finisher Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced Finishers to help prepare, smooth, and finish surfaces of materials such as wood, metal, or plastic. This is an entry-level position that does not require any prior experience, but candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling holes or cracks, and applying primer
- Learn how to mix and apply paints or coatings according to specific instructions
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Team player with good communication skills
