Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of formworkers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to coordinate and delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality control. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in formwork construction and knowledge of relevant safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a physically demanding role that may require working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of formworkers and assign tasks according to project requirements
- Ensure proper installation and removal of formwork according to specifications
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors
- Train new employees on proper formwork techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and hours worked by the team
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction
- Ensure site cleanliness and organization for efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in formwork construction
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: $1500/month (with potential for bonuses)
