As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing temporary or permanent structures used to support concrete during construction projects. This role requires strong knowledge of formwork systems and techniques, as well as experience with various construction materials and tools. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all formwork is completed safely, accurately, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare formwork for concrete structures based on project specifications
- Set up and dismantle formwork using hand tools or power tools
- Ensure proper alignment and level of formwork
- Monitor concrete pouring process and make necessary adjustments to formwork as needed
- Inspect completed formwork for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction
- Provide guidance and training to other team members on formwork techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of different types of formwork systems
- Knowledge of various construction materials, such as wood, metal, or plastic
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in formworking
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Excellent mathematical skills for calculating measurements and angles
- Physical strength and stamina for working in challenging environments or at heights
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Qualifications:
-A high school diploma or equivalent
-Certification in carpentry or relevant trade is preferred
-Must have a valid biometric passport
-Prior experience working on construction projects in Esbjerg is an asset

Salary:
$1600 per month without accommodation. Salary may vary based on experience.
