Turner for Contract Work in Esbjerg, Denmark


We are currently hiring a skilled Turner for a contract position in the city of Esbjerg, Denmark. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating various machines and tools to shape and mold metal into specific parts or components according to blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machine tools
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Measure and mark dimensions on workpieces using precision measuring instruments
- Select appropriate cutting tools and materials for each project
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality control
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality before delivery

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of cutting tools and materials
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Danish is a plus)
- Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
