Industrial Alpinist



As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at height in a variety of industrial settings. This may include cleaning, maintenance, and repair work on structures such as bridges, towers, and buildings. You will utilize specialized equipment and techniques to safely access and work in elevated areas.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting safety inspections before beginning work and throughout the job
- Setting up and maintaining rigging systems for safe access to elevated areas
- Using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing equipment to safely ascend and descend structures
- Performing tasks such as painting, welding, and cleaning at heights
- Adhering to safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Communicating effectively with team members on the ground using radios or hand signals
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
- Following instructions from supervisors or project managers

Requirements:

- Previous experience in industrial alpinism preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Physically fit and comfortable working at height in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Proficiency with various climbing techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid biometric passport
- Ability to travel to different job sites as needed

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Esbjerg
