Architectural Technologist - Esbjerg, Denmark


We are looking for a skilled and innovative Architectural Technologist to join our team in the vibrant city of Esbjerg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and drawings, collaborating with other professionals and ensuring the overall success of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs are feasible
- Prepare technical specifications and construction documents as needed
- Keep up-to-date with building codes, regulations, and industry trends
- Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to ensure plans are implemented accurately
- Provide support to project managers as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist in a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
