Preservation Architect
As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Esbjerg. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that preservation projects are completed according to established guidelines and standards. You will also be involved in the planning and design phases of projects, as well as overseeing the construction process.
Your main duties will include conducting site assessments, creating preservation plans, developing construction documents, and monitoring the progress of preservation projects. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field, along with a strong understanding of historical preservation techniques and materials. Previous experience working on preservation projects is preferred but not required.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. You should also have strong project management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month. As this is not a permanent role, accommodation will not be provided. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate to Esbjerg for the duration of the contract.
